About this Act
14 year old, Harshwardhan Zala, created a prototype of a landmine-detecting drone after reading in newspapers about high army casualties due to landmines.
Harshwardhan designed a smart solution using which drones can not only detect but also diffuse landmines on war fields, saving many lives in the process.
He has designed three prototypes of the drone and set up a company under the name of ‘Aerobotics’ and states that when he saw soldiers getting injured while defusing landmines during a visit to the Google headquarters in the USA, he was inspired to create and produce his device.
